Gift Card & Store Credit Policy

1. Gift Cards

Our gift cards offer a flexible and convenient way to purchase Sinner products, either for personal use or as a thoughtful gift. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions before purchasing or using a gift card.

1.1 Expiry & Validity

  • All gift cards issued by Official Sinner are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • The expiry date is prominently displayed on each gift card or provided in the digital confirmation email.

  • Once expired, gift cards are no longer redeemable, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

1.2 Fees & Charges

  • Official Sinner does not impose any post-purchase fees, including activation, account maintenance, or balance inquiry fees, ensuring the full value of your gift card is available for use.

  • Please treat your gift card as cash; lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded unless required by law.

1.3 Usage & Redemption

  • Gift cards can be redeemed for any products available on our official website.

  • If your purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or used to purchase other gift cards.


2. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in situations such as product returns or exchanges. The following terms apply:

2.1 Expiry & Validity

  • The expiry date for store credit will be communicated at the time of issuance.

2.2 Usage & Restrictions

  • Store credit can be applied toward the purchase of any products available on our website.

  • Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with discount codes unless explicitly stated.

  • If a purchase made with store credit is subsequently returned, the refund will be processed back as store credit.


3. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

This policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
